Ben Simmons has officially joined the Los Angeles Clippers for the remainder of the 2024-2025 NBA season. His move comes after a buyout agreement with the Brooklyn Nets, marking his second team change in his career.

Simmons debuted in 2017 with the Philadelphia 76ers, where he quickly made a name for himself as a three-time NBA All-Star. However, his stint with the Nets didn’t yield the expected success, averaging just seven points per game over three seasons. As the Clippers sit at 29-23, currently sixth in the Western Conference, they are hopeful that Simmons can help them avoid the Play-In tournament and push for a deeper playoff run.
