This game marks the seventh installment of the Canada Series in Vancouver, the first since last year's victory over the Sacramento Kings. Following that, Toronto will play the Kings again on October 8, host the Boston Celtics on October 10, and visit the Washington Wizards on October 12 before concluding their pre-season against the Brooklyn Nets on October 17.
