Former Alabama standout Alex Reese has been waived by the Philadelphia 76ers after the team signed Dominick Barlow to a two-way contract. Reese, who made his NBA debut last season, averaged 5.3 points and 3.3 rebounds per game, shooting 47.2% from the field and 36.6% from three in his 14 appearances with the Sixers. His time included a stint with the Oklahoma City Thunder, the eventual champions of the 2024-25 NBA season, as he continued to find his footing in the league.
