The legal tampering period began with the Bears agreeing to terms with center Drew Dalman. Following that, Poles made two impactful signings for the defensive line, bringing in former Colts defensive end Dayo Odeyingbo and former Falcons defensive tackle Grady Jarrett.

While both players aren't viewed as elite, they add valuable depth and character to the team. Jarrett's ten years of experience and leadership skills are expected to benefit the locker room, while Odeyingbo is seen as a potential breakout candidate by 2025.
