USA Hockey announced its roster for the World Junior Summer Showcase, revealing a strong contingent of 14 talented players from Minnesota. This year's event will take place at Ridder Arena from July 25 to August 2 and features teams from Canada, Sweden, and Finland, serving as a prelude to the world junior championship scheduled in Minnesota this December.

The U.S. squad is led by Minnesota Golden Gophers coach Bob Motzko and includes notable returning gold medalists like Brodie Ziemer and Max Plante. Ziemer, who played for the Gophers, and Plante, along with Adam Kleber, who was recently drafted by Ottawa, form part of a roster that boasts significant collegiate experience.
