The 25-year-old forward, who had a breakout season with career-highs of 13 goals and 27 points in 82 games, was previously a restricted free agent. Mammoth GM Bill Armstrong emphasized McBain's importance to the team's championship aspirations, highlighting his physical play and versatility. Selected in the 2018 NHL Draft, McBain has recorded 82 points (35 goals, 47 assists) across 241 games with the Mammoth and Arizona Coyotes.
