The Milwaukee Brewers are intensifying their international scouting efforts, particularly in Taiwan. Following successful signings from Latin America, they have signed their first two players from Taiwan: right-hander Chang Tzu-Chun Lin and third baseman Yu-Lin Liao. The organization hopes to build on its previous Asian scouting experiences while enhancing player development.

Chang, 19, boasts a fastball that can reach 94 mph, complemented by an impressive split-finger and changeup. Liao, regarded as one of Taiwan's best young hitters, is noted for his batting ability despite the anticipated challenges of competing stateside. Both players are currently undergoing training at the Brewers' academy in the Dominican Republic as they prepare for their transition to American baseball.
