The Philadelphia Phillies have activated Brandon Marsh from the injured list ahead of Saturday's game against the Arizona Diamondbacks. Marsh, who strained his right hamstring on April 17, played six rehab games with the Triple-A Lehigh Valley IronPigs, hitting .300 with a home run and six RBIs. Despite a dismal start to his season, hitting just .095 before his injury, the Phillies are optimistic about his return to form. In his absence, Johan Rojas has been impressive in center field, batting .318 with strong defensive performances.

With a right-handed pitcher on the mound for the Diamondbacks, Marsh's chances of starting are favorable, although he could also come off the bench. In a corresponding move, Cal Stevenson has been sent back down to the minors after a brief stint with the Phillies.
