A native of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, Devonshire enjoyed a productive collegiate career, splitting time between the University of Kentucky and the University of Pittsburgh. While at Pitt, he accumulated impressive statistics including 84 tackles, 8 interceptions—three of which he returned for touchdowns—and 22 passes defended over 38 games from 2021 to 2023, earning second-team All-ACC honors twice. Drafted in the seventh round of the 2024 NFL Draft, Devonshire spent last season on the Raiders' practice squad.
