The 28-year-old running back and return specialist is eager to find a training camp opportunity following a torn ACL that sidelined him for the entire 2023 season due to a jet ski accident. Hines, previously signed with the Cleveland Browns, missed all of 2024 as well after not being activated during his return window, leading to his contract termination in February.

Currently, Hines believes his knee has fully healed and is exploring potential offers. He visited the Houston Texans earlier this spring, but the Philadelphia Eagles could emerge as a promising landing spot for the veteran. With familiarity from his time as a fourth-round pick by the Indianapolis Colts in 2018, the Eagles may find value in adding Hines’ experience to their roster as they look to bolster their running game.
