Last season, he started 14 games for Pittsburgh, accumulating 46 tackles and an impressive 91 run defense grade, ranking him among the top linebackers in the league. His prior three seasons with the Miami Dolphins showcased his potential, as he amassed 251 tackles, including 24 for loss, and added seven sacks.

Roberts' signing comes as the Raiders look to replace Robert Spillane, who joined the New England Patriots, and adds depth to a linebacker group that may also see Tommy Eichenberg in the upcoming draft.
