Craft Restaurant & Beer Market is set to make its U.S. debut in Dallas in 2026, thanks to Tom Gaglardi, owner of the NHL's Dallas Stars. This venture marks an important milestone for the Canadian chain, which has partnered with Gaglardi for five years. The new location will be situated at 5974 W. Northwest Highway in Preston Center and will occupy an expansive 10,500-square-foot space.

The restaurant will offer a diverse menu featuring over 100 tap beers, cocktails, wines, and a variety of dishes including steaks, sandwiches, pizzas, salads, and vegan options. The design will showcase a 360-degree bar and a large rooftop patio, emphasizing a blend of modern and industrial aesthetics.
