Chipper Jones, the Atlanta Braves Hall of Famer, recently took to social media to offer assistance as Atlanta braces for snow. Jones, recalling a memorable incident from 2014, announced his readiness to help locals in the Canton and Milton areas, especially his fellow Braves players, emphasizing the chaos that ensued during the infamous 'Snowmageddon' when many were stuck on the roads.
In that event, Jones famously rescued teammate Freddie Freeman, who was trapped in traffic for over five hours. Eleven hours later, Jones managed to bring Freeman home safely, a deed Freeman fondly remembers. With the possibility of similar weather approaching Atlanta, Jones's ATV is once again ready to lend a hand.
