The Atlanta Braves have added veteran reliever Tyler Kinley from the Colorado Rockies in exchange for minor league pitcher Austin Smith ahead of the non-waiver trade deadline. Kinley, 34, had an impressive 2022 season with a 0.75 ERA in 25 appearances but has struggled recently, posting a 5.66 ERA this season. The Braves have designated right-hander Enyel De Los Santos for assignment to accommodate Kinley on the 40-man roster.
