The Seattle Mariners have made significant roster moves, promoting infield prospect Cole Young from Triple-A Tacoma ahead of their game against the Minnesota Twins. Young, the No. 21 overall pick in the 2022 MLB draft, has been impressive this season, hitting .277 with an .853 OPS, including a stellar May where he posted a .366 average and five home runs. Alongside Young, right-hander Bryce Miller has been reinstated from the injured list and is expected to start. In corresponding moves, infielder Leo Rivas and right-hander Casey Legumina have been optioned back to Triple-A, while pitcher Will Klein has been designated for assignment.
