Standing at 6-3 and weighing 270 pounds, Tillman transitioned to the NFL after an impressive three-year run with the Birmingham Stallions, where he claimed two USFL championships and a UFL title. In his first NFL season, Tillman contributed significantly as a rotational pass rusher, amassing 23 tackles, including five for loss, along with five sacks in just 242 snaps. His new contract raises his salary to $960,000, an increase from the $741,667 he earned last year.
