The Tennessee Titans have added two new players to their 90-man roster as training camp opens, following the unexpected retirement of Lorenzo Carter and the placement of quarterback Will Levis on injured reserve due to shoulder surgery. One of the new additions is Timothy Horne, a 6-foot-4, 323-pound nose tackle with prior experience from the Atlanta Falcons. Horne, an undrafted free agent out of Kansas State, has faced challenges with injuries but possesses potential as a rotational piece on the defensive line.

Despite Horne's explosive traits, he has yet to consistently translate that into impactful performances on the field. After being released by the Falcons prior to the current season, he was picked up by the New York Giants before suffering an Achilles injury in a preseason game. The Titans hope to leverage his upside as they prepare for the upcoming season.
