Tennessee worked out Luke Masterson after trimming to 53, adding a veteran playmaker with Raiders roots who can help on defense and special teams. A knee IR in 2024 slowed his momentum, but his unrestricted-free-agent status keeps him affordable for depth. Tennessee’s inside linebacker group remains competitive with Cody Barton, Cedric Gray, James Williams, and Curtis Jacobs; Masterson would add speed, proven coverage, and ST value to the room.

Christian Wilkins, the Las Vegas Raiders' defensive tackle, is set to miss an extended period after undergoing surgery for a broken foot. This injury, sustained during a recent game against the Denver Broncos, will place him on injured reserve, sidelining him for at least four games.

The Raiders are already dealing with significant injuries on their defensive line, including Malcolm Koonce's season-ending ACL tear and Maxx Crosby's recent high ankle sprain. Wilkins, a key free-agent acquisition, had been performing well this season with two sacks and six quarterback hits.
