The Philadelphia Eagles have enhanced their roster by claiming running back Keilan Robinson from the Jacksonville Jaguars. Robinson was recently waived by the Jaguars, who selected him in the fifth round of the 2024 NFL Draft. In his rookie season, he played in six games, primarily on special teams, with his best performance coming during a Week 14 game against the Tennessee Titans, where he returned two kickoffs for a total of 34 yards. Robinson spent the first half of his rookie season on injured reserve due to a toe injury sustained in training camp.

In college, Robinson transferred to Texas, where he set personal bests with 45 carries for 322 yards in 2021. Joining a loaded Eagles roster, Robinson's addition may provide depth and competition in the running back position as the team looks to bolster its chances for a successful season.
