Jacksonville added 14 players to the practice squad after the cutdowns, mostly former camp bodies: Jabbar Muhammad, Sal Wormley, Chandler Brayboy, Jerome Carvin, Branson Combs, Seth Henigan, Patrick Herbert, Ja'Quinden Jackson, Ricky Lee, Keni-H Lovely, Quintin Morris, Keivie Rose, Cam'Ron Silmon-Craig, and Dorian Slinger.

Two spots remain, likely filling with outside additions, including Erik Ezukanma, a big-bodied wide receiver. Louis Rees-Zammit’s IPP designation isn’t being filled, and the Jaguars still have an IPP-eligible path open. Ezukanma’s presence signals a potential push for depth at receiver behind the top four.

In short, Jacksonville is stocking depth on offense and defense with battle-tested camp players, while keeping options open for another external returner or receiver before the regular-season roster settles.

Henigan's preseason showing (71.1% for 178 yards) makes him an appealing stash; Pancol and Irwin bring run-work and veteran presence; Silmon-Craig and Wormley add depth on defense/special teams. The Jaguars will likely try to retain most on PS if waivers don’t claim them.

Julian Fleming, a former wide receiver from Ohio State and Penn State, has signed with the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent after the 2025 NFL Draft. Over four seasons at Ohio State, Fleming recorded 79 receptions for 963 yards and seven touchdowns, before transferring to Penn State for his final year, where he added 14 receptions for 176 yards and one touchdown. He joins former Penn State quarterback Sean Clifford and offensive tackle Rasheed Walker in Green Bay. Meanwhile, the Jacksonville Jaguars have also signed fellow undrafted free agent Sal Wormley, an offensive lineman from Penn State.
