An appealing option for the Rams is veteran linebacker Kyzir White, formerly of the Arizona Cardinals. Having played eight seasons, White boasts 73 starts in 92 career games and has demonstrated significant improvement in his performance over recent campaigns.

In 2022, he allowed a passer rating of just 74.4 in coverage, with only two touchdowns surrendered over the past three seasons. White's versatility allows him to play various linebacker positions, making him an ideal fit for the Rams' defensive scheme under Chris Shula. His experience and capability could provide the much-needed stability the Rams lack, especially as they look to reinforce their defense in a competitive NFC. While he may not be a marquee player, White's presence would allow the Rams to balance adding rookies during the upcoming draft.
